This Sunday evening – 22 June – local musicians will be continuing the season of fundraising concerts for Food Banks.
This time it’s a double bill:
North West-based singer songwriter Kath Reade, with a sound ranging from British folk to American stylings;
And Otra, Bradford-based ‘Folk with Feeling’ duo Tony Charnock and Rahel Guzan, featuring guitar, fiddle, whistle and harmony vocals
Venue – The Philip Coyne Labour Rooms, on Sunday 22 June at Nelson Street, Otley.
Doors open 7.30-10pm, entry £3, extra donations welcome.
Open to all.
Bring your family and friends!
As always, our bottle bar has a fine selection of ales (including this Sunday, Mary Jane and Saltaire Blonde), lagers, and red, white and rose wine by the glass or bottle.
Please come along – even if just for half an hour or an hour – to support the musicians who are raising money for Food Banks.
As it says on the headline
‘We wouldn’t have to do this if the Government was Fair and Decent’.
We wish the series didn’t have to continue.
But the consequences of this ‘malicious government’ mean it must.
So we look forward to seeing you there.
