If you take a really good look at the Tory manifesto for GE2017 you’ll be hard pressed to find any mention of any of the things they’re doing. It never really looked like a real document any but now it’s starting to look like a fiction novel for the under fives – complete fantasy. This time it’s the boundary changes they promised in 2017 and 2015.
