As we reported earlier in the year, First Bus carried out a public consultation in respect of a number of services (1, 6, 19, 19A, 28, 29, 97, and X84 bus routes). The results have been collated and changes have been in place since October 22nd.

One service that wasn’t reviewed was the 33A from Leeds to Otley where angry passengers are ‘lambasting a bus company about its disgraceful service’. Alex Sobel has asked to meet with First Bus Leeds to discuss how improvements can be made.
