It was the stand ins for today’s PMQs with David Lidington taking over for Theresa May during her trip to China. Emily Thornberry took Jeremy Corbyn’s spot.

It was an interesting exchange based around female representation in the commons and the question over lowering the voting age to 16.

Unfortunately for Mr Lidington he did at one point tell Mrs Thornberry to “grow up” and that isn’t going down very well at all. Please see here for an associated article.
